Eye Glasses, Loupes & Magnifiers
loupes are a special magnifying glass that will enable you to take a closer look at a gemstone or other objects such as hallmarkes. The loupe will make internal flaws such as cracks and surface blemishes more apparent. A 10X (magnification of 10 times the original size) loupe is the general jewellers standard and is the main magnification size used.
