FAQ1 How can I pay for an order?

We accept four different methods of payments,
  Credit & Debit Cards Through WorldPay's Safe & Secure Server,
  Payments Through PayPals Safe & Secure Server,
  UK Personal & Bussiness cheques
  UK Post office Postal Orders

FAQ2 Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked depending on whether or not it was insured. If your item was insured, email us and we will give you your reference number which you can then use to track your order on the Royal Mail's web site.


FAQ3 How will I know that my order has been processed?

When you make an order online you will be notified by email to confirm your order status. You will then receive a second email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If you order by post for example when paying with a personal cheque you will only be notified if an email address is included in the letter.


FAQ4 Can I have my order sent to someone else as a gift?

Due to the dangers of fraud we can not send items to any other address other than the cardholder's address. On the other hand if you pay by personal cheque or postal orders you may specify a gift address.


FAQ5 I can not work the shopping cart?

Dear Customer

   We have been informed that some of our customers are experiencing difficulties adding items to the shopping cart, we looked into this matter and found that it was to do with there internet cookies. Please note that if you are experiencing the same problems please go through the following steps to correct this.

(1) Go to tools at the top of you internet screen next to help and then click Internet Options.
(2) A screen will pop up displaying information on your internet settings, Clicking Privacy will help you determine the settings for the cookies.
(3)The standard setting should be Medium if it is higher you may have to lower it.

Please note that we also recommend setting the internet settings back to its original status after ordering.


FAQ6 How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed and dispatched normally within 24 hours from the time of payment, providing that your order is in stock. Your order should then take 1-3 working days to reach you. Delays can occur for three reasons,

(1) Your order is out of stock, in which case you would be informed by email within 24 hours.
(2) Your order falls over a Sunday and will take an extra day for your delivery time.
(3) If you pay by Personal Cheque it will take an extra 5 days to allow the cheque to clear.


FAQ7 Is it safe to give my debit/credit card details online?

This is a very big worry but please rest assured that all your details are safe. First of all we we do not give information to third parties. Secondly we use PayPal and WorldPay which are very safe and highly secure payment servers.
